UNITED STATES SHIPPING (We are based in the United States)

GANESSA'S GLAMOUR INCORPORATE dispatches orders using USPS Priorty Mail.


Processing, Production, and Shipping Time:

Processing Time: This is the time needed to prepare your order to be shipped. Processing Time varies for different products! All products take 1-2 bussiness days to be processed. Please be aware that business days are Monday-Friday.

Production Time: This is the time needed to make CUSTOM ITEMS. The production time varies for each custom order. Depending on how many custom items were purchased and the complexity of the item, production time varries from 1-3 weeks. Please be aware that processing time is not included in the production time for CUSTOM ORDERS. Once your order has been produced it will now be processed.


Shipping Time: This is the time needed to deliver your order. Shipping time depends on where you live relative to our shipping location. USPS Priority Mail will take 3-5 business days to arrive (please be aware it can take longer than the listed time to arrive due to COVID).


Extra Time: If we need extra time to produce your custom order, we are obligated to the necessary time to do so.


PRODUCT RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations: We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.


Custom Items: If you order a custom item, and your item has already been ordered, you will not recieve a refund nor can you return an item after it has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped out to you and there is a production problem on OUR behalf we will provide an option to exchange your item for an improved version. We are obligated to the extra amount of time it may take us to fix your order and send it out.

We accept payments through our website (STRIPE), and Paypal.


HOW TO CONTACT US

Contact Us: Please before you contact us, read our full store policy. We ask you not to contact us if you are asking for an update on your order. Please do not email us asking where your order is, when will your order ship, or anything of thst content if your oder processing time has not expired yet.


Email: When contacting us about your order please provide us with your order number and also informing us with your order number and when did you place your order, then include your concern. Our email is [email protected]. You can also contact us through the contact form on our website.

We also do NOT take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address by mail carriers. Lastly, GANESSA'S GLAMOUR INCORPORATE is NOT responsible for covering the costs of goods damaged AFTER the customer has recieved their product(s).*************

If your product(s) arrived damaged, you can file a claim with the United States Postal service. The USPS also only allows claims to be filed 15 days following the day in which GANESSA'S GLAMOUR INCORPORATE dispatched the parcel.
